Sequels are great as they’re an opportunity to jump back into our favorite stories and see our beloved characters’ journeys continue. In 2024 there are loads of exciting upcoming movie releases, including plenty of sequels. Here are some to look forward to.
Deadpool 3
The Deadpool movies are loved by many. They’re funny, shocking, action-packed, and star the lovable Ryan Reynolds. The third installment of this franchise is likely to bring the same charm and excitement as the first two.
Inside Out 2
This is one of those kids’ movies that ends up being loved by people of all ages. Bringing emotions to life in the form of quirky characters, this sequel is sure to be as heartwarming and insightful as the first, while also bringing comedy and action.
Beetlejuice 2
36 years after the release of the original in 1988, this sequel to the creepy cult classic is sure to be entertaining. For those who loved the first movie, it will be a nostalgic experience, and for those who haven’t seen it, they’ll enjoy being introduced to the characters and story.
Dune: Part Two
The first part of this epic adventure tale gained huge popularity when it was released in 2021, and so many will be queuing up to see how the second part plays out.
