Celebrities are Adopting Puppies During the Coronavirus

Quarantining can get lonely and that’s where dogs come into play. There’s no better time to foster a puppy if you can provide for it. Animal shelters across the country are understaffed or shutting down and fewer people are adopting and celebrities are trying to change that by bringing awareness that animals also need love during this time. It’s fashionable to adopt a dog now and these celebrities have brought furry friends into their lives during the coronavirus.

Kaia Gerber

The model posted a mirror selfie with her new dog and a message to her followers asking for help, “now is a great time to foster a puppy in need! thank you @thelabellefoundation for my quarantine buddy. reach out if your (sic) living/financial situation allows,” Gerber wrote.

Camila Morrone

The actress adopted a puppy from Hollywood Huskies and just a day later she got another dog. She posted this photo on her Instagram with the caption, “Fostering a puppy during this quarantine time has been the single best decision. For all my friends showing interest in doing this, DO IT. You won’t regret it❤️❤️❤️❤️ these sweet creatures need you so badly.”

Cody Simpson & Miley Cyrus

Cyrus decided to make things more permanent by getting “Baby boy Bo,” as Cody Simpson, Cyrus’ boyfriend calls him. The singer added to her 13 or so pets, including seven dogs, two horses, two mini horses, and two pigs.
