It’s official: LEGO is not just for kids anymore. The famous toy manufacturer announced the LEGO FORMA set in a collaboration with IndieGoGo enterprise. LEGO FORMA is marketed to adults who want new and creative ways to relax and de-stress during their free time.
LEGO FORMA is described as a “creative project” that’s a bit more complicated than their sets for kids. The first sets will be kinetic sculptures of fish and shark that include a gear system for generating swimming motion.
“The young adults we speak to tell us they still feel the urge to be creative and enjoy the physical experience of making stuff – but life seems to get in the way,” says Kari Vinther, Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Creative Play Lab Pilots.
