It won’t be used just for payments, but also for many other things that require authentication. For now, it will be set up in some Amazon Go stores before it becomes a common thing everywhere.

The registration is fairly simple and it involves inserting your credit card in the device for the first time and hovering your palm over the device to connect it with the given card. After you sign up, you can use your palm for payments that are easier than ever!

The device works by analyzing several aspects of your palm. Since no two palms are the same, this should be one of the safest modes of contactless payment. Your biometric data will be protected and the Amazon One devices are supposed to have multiple security controls. They won’t store the image of your palm but encrypt it and send it to the cloud to recognize. If you want, you’ll be able to delete the data.

Streaming services kept their viewing numbers under wraps for years, but Nielsen is here to change that. The audience measurement firm launched a weekly list of the most popular streaming shows, and the sci-fi drama The Umbrella Academy is the first series to top it.

With a total of 3 million minutes watched between August 3-9, this Netflix show was the most-watched series on streaming platforms, according to Nielsen. It was followed by Shameless and Grey’s Anatomy, while The Office came in fourth. The list also included Criminal Minds, NCIS, In the Dark, Dexter, Supernatural, and Parks and Recreation.

Nielsen’s new rating list confirmed something most of us knew already—Netflix is absolutely dominating the streaming game. All of the shows that made the cut are available on this streaming service, but The Umbrella Academy is the only Netflix original.

At this point in time, Nielsen’s ratings only include shows from Netflix and Amazon Prime, but they’re planning to add other streaming services moving forward.

We’re yet to see if this newly-launched list is going to change the TV landscape but it’s certainly a great indicator of current TV trends. At this point, it seems we’re more interested in re-watching old shows than discovering new ones—unless the show in question happens to be The Umbrella Academy.

Athleisure brand Puma teamed up with Amazon to create an exclusive line of affordable sportswear named Care Of.

The pilot collection by Care Of already launched in Europe this September. It features over 50 different items for men and women, including jackets, leggings, backpacks, t-shirts, and footwear. The U.S. launch will happen during October.

According to the Business of Fashion, the new brand won’t negatively affect Puma’s existing sportswear business. According to the company’s statement, the new line “is targeted at a different consumer that we would not reach in our usual ‘Puma way.’”

Care Of is an affordable brand, with t-shirts starting from $11 while jackets are priced at around $60. The line was created by analyzing shopping habits and searches of Amazon users, with a focus on “comfort” and “fit” garments customers tend to prefer. For now, Care Of will be available in the U.S., Mexico, U.K., Germany, Spain, Italy, and France.
