]]>Camila Cabello recently made her acting debut in Amazon’s Cinderella, and she’s done a great job promoting it. The Grammy-nominated singer looked like a real-life princess during the promo tour of this movie and delivered several pretty epic black and white looks.
LA Premiere
Cinderella had its world premiere in Los Angeles, and Cabello rose to the occasion in a black Oscar de la Renta gown with dazzling top, dramatic train, and over-the-knee Casadei boots.
Miami Premiere
Cabello took things up a notch in Miami, where she looked straight out of a Disney movie. She paired off a simple white crop top with an extravagant Christian Siriano ball skirt and finished the look with the crystal ball bag by Judith Leiber.
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Cabello once again rocked our world during her interview with Jimmy Fallon, where she appeared in an all-black ensemble by Azzi & Osta that gave us a fresh take on a tuxedo suit.
BBC Live Lounge
Cabello went viral after delivering an amazing cover of Olivia Rodrigo’s “Good 4 U” during her recent Live Lounge performance, but one thing that impressed fashion lovers was her over-the-top Christian Siriano suit with eye-shaped embellishments.

]]>It seems like not since flash mobs were invented in 2003 and began to pick up on popularity in the decade following has a flash mob caused so much discussion and conversation than the one recently executed by James Corden, Camila Cabello, Billy Porter, and Idina Menzel to promote their new adaptation of Cinderella did.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen what appears to be the Crosswalk the Musical segment on The Late Late Show with James Corden. This time, a video has been around showing the behind-the-scenes of the segment, pissing people on the road off. The video really rubbed people the wrong way.
The idea behind the segment is more or less straightforward—the group donned cheap costumes and sang and danced in Los Angeles traffic to Jennifer Lopez’s “Let’s Get Loud”—but the internet’s reaction to the shenanigans would suggest that something much more nefarious had gone down.
As you can see, the response was generally quite negative, to say the least. Corden and Cabello’s Cinderella will be released on September 3rd and we’re not sure when and if the segment will see light of day.

]]>There’s nothing like a catchy musical to get us in a good mood and after the difficult year we’ve been having, we could all use some spontaneous singing and dancing. This year is shaping up to have some exciting musical films coming to the big screen and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s in store! Between Broadway classics to new films, there are tons set for a 2021 debut and here are three we can’t wait to see.
West Side Story
Steven Spielberg’s take on the Broadway show is one of the most anticipated films of the year and you’ll have to wait until the end of the year for this one. Set for a December 10 release date, West Side Story tells the story of two teenagers from different ethnic backgrounds who fall in love in the ’50s in New York City. Ansel Elgort will play Jets leader Tony and Rachel Zegler will play Latino Shark Maria. Original cast member Rita Moreno will also have a guest appearance.
Cinderella
There have been a number of Cinderella remakes, but this one features a star-studded cast including Billy Porter as the Fairy Godmother, Camila Cabello as Cinderella, Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Charming, Missy Elliot as the Town Crier, Pierce Brosnan as the King, Idina Menzel as the Evil Stepmother, and James Corden as Mouse Footman. The film is set to debut on Amazon Prime in September 2021.
Dear Evan Hansen
Another Broadway favorite to hit the big screen is Dear Evan Hansen starring Ben Platt as Evan. Platt won a Tony for the Broadway role. The story follows Evan who ends up in a lie as his friend Connor’s parents mistake a letter he wrote for their son’s suicide note. The cast also includes Kaitlyn Dever, Amy Adams, Julianne Moore, and Amandla Stenberg. The film will be released on September 24.

Cardi B already made her acting debut in Hustlers, and she’s set to appear in the next Fast & Furious movie, but there’s something that sets her next project Assisted Living apart. This comedy marks her first lead role, and we can’t wait to see if she has what it takes to be a Hollywood star.
Harry Styles: Don’t Worry Darling
Styles technically made his movie debut in Christopher Nolan’s war film Dunkirk, but he’s ready to take on some epic lead roles. He’ll soon appear in Don’t Worry Darling and My Policeman, and we wouldn’t be surprises to see him pursue acting long-term if these projects do well.
