- Togetherness – having people who care about you, not feeling lonely.
- Money – having enough money for life without worries and occasional treats, such as vacations.
- Health – being physically and mentally healthy and feeling amazing in your skin.
- Freedom – having enough free time after work to spend on personal life.
- Trust – trusting the community and being emphatic for the needs of others.
- Kindness – doing kind things without expecting anything in return.
Each of them is an important factor in leading a happy life, and they are the things Danes put first on their priority lists. How about you? Do you see that following the principles of lykke could improve your life?
