Dave’s Hot Chicken
Dave’s Hot Chicken began as a pop-up in 2017 and since then, they’ve opened three restaurants with two more on the way. A must-have on the menu are the deep-fried chicken tenders which are coated in different spices and blends. One spice, the Reaper, is so hot that customers have to sign a release form just to try it.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe
There’s no better time than summer to try one of their thirst-quenching smoothies like the Kiwi Quencher (kiwi, strawberry, and yogurt) and Avocolada (avocado, pineapple, spinach, kale, coconut, and lime). By 2025, Tropical Smoothoie Cafe hopes to expand to 1,500 cafes, so we’re sure you’ll see one near you soon enough.
Modern Market Eatery
Right now Modern Market Eatery is in six states, but they’ll be opening new locations across the country soon. The farm-to-table meals include everything from salads and sandwiches to smoothies and pizza, and the prices can’t be beaten.
Slim Chickens
Slim Chickens is best known for their dipping sauces which come in 17 flavors including cayenne ranch, blue cheese, buffalo, Korean BBQ, mango habanero, and gravy. You can enjoy southern classics like wings, chicken and waffles, fried pickles, and fried okra at this fast-food joint. Did we mention they plan on opening 600 new locations over the next 10 years?
CoreLife Eatery
Fast-food doesn’t always have to be greasy and full of calories, and CoreLife Eatery is here to prove that. They have tons of vegan options like green bowls, power plates, and grain bowls, and in the next five years, they plan on opening 300 new restaurants.
