The post Hollywood Superstars Can’t Get Enough of Valentino’s Hot Pink Designs appeared first on toppoptoday.com.
]]>Hot pink is one color that everyone in Hollywood seems to be obsessing about right now, and we owe this craze to one designer in particular. Valentino is putting hot pink on the map, and here are five celebrities who have already given this trend their seal of approval.
Saweetie embraced Valentino’s hot pink dresses before everyone else hopped on this trend. She rocked our world with her classy, yet daring pink combo at this year’s Grammy Awards.
Valentino’s hot pink designs often pair awe-inspiring dresses with dramatic opera gloves, and Elsa Hosk’s outfit at the Cannes Film Festival was one of the best examples of this fashion craze.
If you love Hosk’s Cannes dress but wish it was shorter, it turns out that Valentino came up with a mini-version, as well. Vanessa Hudgens was spotted wearing it while hosting this year’s MTV Movie & TV Awards.
Valentino’s Pink PP Collection was all the rage at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, and Hosk wasn’t the only star spotted wearing it. Katherine Langford also gave it her seal of approval with this dramatic hot pink gown.
The hot pink trend also entered the menswear world, and Sebastian Stan deserves some credit for bringing it all the way to the Met Gala with this vibrant Valentino outfit.

]]>Since the foursome Little Mix turned into a threesome after the departure of former member Jesy Nelson, much of the world waited with bated breath to see what their next move would be. And after several weeks of teasing, we found out when, on April 30th, Little Mix released a remix of the title single from their newest album Confetti.
Except this time, it was re-recorded with vocals only from the three remaining members of the group: Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock. And there was an added guest feature by up-and-coming California rapper Saweetie.
In addition to releasing the single, Little Mix also dropped a music video for the new “Confetti” remix and it’s an absolute must-see. Featuring drag queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Season 2 and the Little Mix girls themselves in male drag, it’s fun and hysterical.
And don’t click it out of the video before it’s over; if you watch to the end you’ll catch the girls goofing around in drag, clearly having the time of their lives. Now Little Mix fans know that they don’t have to worry. Even with Jesy gone, the band is still going strong, just as fierce and funny as ever.

]]>Years after her big break with “Icy Grl”, Saweetie’s fans are still waiting for her debut studio album—but the wait will soon be over. Pretty Bit-h Music is set to hit the shelves this year, and the rapper teased it with several pretty epic collaborations in the last few months.
Set to serve as one of the singles on Saweetie’s upcoming album, “Best Friend” is currently the highest-charting single of Saweetie’s career. It’s all about hyping your BFFs up and it’s just the kind of female collaboration we need right now.
Gwen Stefani is currently working on her fifth studio album, and she tapped Saweetie to join her for the second single “Slow Clap”. The music video for this song has a nostalgic retro vibe that will take you back to the 2000s and make you feel like you’re reliving Stefani’s s “Hollaback Girl” era all over again.
Before dropping Pretty Bit-h Music, Saweetie decided to tease its release with another EP—Pretty Summer Playlist: Season 1. This collaborative record features several brand-new songs, and “Risky” with Drakeo the Ruler is one of the standouts.

]]>The “women supporting women” trend is taking the music industry by storm, and Doja Cat is one of the artists at its frontlines. She’s given us several epic collaborations since the beginning of 2021, and each one featured some of our favorite female artists.
Doja Cat’s latest A-list collaboration with SZA will also serve as the lead single for her upcoming third studio album. The sensual music video for this song is a pink-colored daydream with a sci-fi theme and it perfectly captures the vibe of this disco-inspired track.
One of the highest-ranking hits of Doja Cat’s career so far comes in the form of a rap-infused remix of Ariana Grande’s “34+35”. Also featuring Megan Thee Stallion, this song is a tour de force that shows three of the world’s leading female artists at the top of their game.
Another Doja Cat collaboration that’s currently climbing the charts, “Best Friend” is just the kind of catchy, carefree bop we need in our life right now. Saweetie and Doja are truly a match made in heaven, and we’re hoping this won’t be the last time they joined forces.

]]>In addition to being one of the defining songs of the last year, “WAP” also made history as the first female rap collaboration to debut atop the Billboard Hot 100. This moment was a long time coming, and we’re expecting we’ll get to see even more girl power hip-hop collaborations in 2021.
One of such dream-come-true-pairings is already here, and it takes the form of “Best Friend” by Doja Cat and Saweetie. This song is all about hyping the strong, independent women in your life, and we can’t wait to hear more bops like it as the year proceeds.
One of the reasons why we’re expecting to hear more amazing female-fronted collaborations is the long list of female artists who are currently ruling the rap world. Cardi B used “WAP” to tease her upcoming sophomore album, and we’re pretty sure that Megan Thee Stallion won’t be the last rap queen she collaborated with.
Saweetie’s debut album is currently on the way, while Doja Cat and Nicki Minaj are both mysteriously teasing new music on social media. City Girls also seem to always be in the mood for a new female collaboration, and they worked with almost every artist we’ve mentioned so far. It’s also been a while since Lizzo gave us any new music, and we wouldn’t mind seeing Beyoncé recording another hip-hop remix, “Savage” style.
