New York, Paris, Milan, and London gave us some great beauty trends to start incorporating into our looks and it looks like Spring/Summer 2021 is all about being bold and dramatic. These are the beauty looks we’re most excited about.
Graphic Eyes
Spotted on the Christian Siriano Collection runway at New York Fashion Week and created by celebrity makeup artist Vincent Oquendo, graphic eyeliner has been trending for a few seasons and doesn’t appear to be going anywhere anytime soon.
Freckles
Seen at Jason We Collection at New York Fashion Week, faux freckles give that just vacationed look, even if we couldn’t actually travel this year.
Maximalist Makeup
Usually we’re told to choose either statement eyes or lips, but at New York Fashion Week Tom Ford decided to pick both. Ford showed models with bright pink high-shine lips and electric blue lids.
Wing Tips
Chloé showed the retro-looking cat eyes on the Paris Fashion Week runway and the look is more subtle than graphic eyes, which makes it great for everyday wear.
Granite Gaze
Dark grays and blacks aren’t usually what we see for spring and summer, but Chanel paired the makeup look with pearls and Edwardian hats on the Paris Fashion Week runway.

While some designers opted for comfort with loose silhouettes, others were all about bold colors and high volume. These are the trends straight from the Spring/Summer 2021 Paris Fashion Week that we’re looking forward to.
High Volume
Spring/Summer 2021 will be all about voluminous silhouettes with dramatic balloon sleeves and very exaggerated hips.
Relaxed Pants
Comfort and style will blend together for looks that are long, loose, and relaxed which make perfect WFH outifts.
Micro Hemlines
Maxi and midis are taking the sidelines and minis are now center stage with barely-there hemlines. Come Spring/Summer 2021 you’ll be seeing lots of mini skirts and hot pants with full legs on display.
Sheer
Sheer layers were seen on almost every runway with everything from flowy skirts to clear capes. You’ll stay light and airy once the weather warms up again.
Orange
There were tons of new colors seen on the runway, but none seen quite as much as orange in every shade from muted to bold.

Black Dresses
Black dresses never go out of style, and they’re a staple everyone needs in their wardrobes. Finely tailored black dresses are timeless and they’ll be in your closet for years to come.
Cool Suits
This spring, suits that are more relaxed will be center stage, with loose-cut pants and relaxed tops that are a step up from loungewear.
Girly Details
The past few months have been all about comfort, but come spring, we’ll see feminine details like ruffled collars, frills, and balloon sleeves.
Cut-Outs
Cut-outs at the waist and bra band will be seen this spring, and you can show as little or as much skin as you’d like. Just opt for a design that shows the amount of skin you’re comfortable with.
Comfy Casual
Loungewear isn’t going anywhere as designer labels are offering more laid-back looks like silk bottoms and sweatshirts.
