This new viral dance has been described as the Cha Cha Slide for the TikTok generation since it has similar moves. The music video for “Toosie Slide” shows Drake demonstrating the dance while quarantined in his Toronto mansion, but that wasn’t the first time we’ve got to see it.

This track was named by the famed Atlanta choreographer Toosie, who posted the video of himself alongside fellow dancers Hiii Key, Ayo, and Teo doing the viral dance, only a few days before Drake officially released the song.

Drake finished the song after Toosie come up with choreography, and it didn’t take long for it to take over the world. “Toosie Slide” is going viral everywhere from Instagram to TikTok, and many of our favorite celebs are doing it, as well – including Justin Bieber, LeBron James, and Ciara.
