Fitness influencer Cassey Ho of Blogilates recently brought nature’s cereal ice cream to our attention and it’s an ice cream version of nature’s cereal and like the breakfast option, it doesn’t have a lot of ingredients. Instead of coconut water and ice cubes, you’ll use milk to get an ice cream consistency. All you need is frozen fruit like berries, pomegranate seeds, or strawberries, and any kind of milk. If you want it to be a bit sweeter, add monk fruit sweetener.
Perhaps the best part of the treat is you don’t even need a blender. Just mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and stir for a few minutes and you’ll get a frozen mixture in a bowl that looks like an açaí or smoothie bowl. It really is that easy!
