]]>If you keep track of pop culture, celebrities, and/or the film industry, you’re probably already dying of excitement for the upcoming film Don’t Worry Darling, directed by Olivia Wilde (who also directed 2019’s smash blockbuster Booksmart) and starring Harry Styles (of One Direction and solo music fame) and Florence Pugh (who had critically-acclaimed roles in films like Midsommar, Little Women, and Black Widow).
The film has been described in press releases as being a “psychological thriller which is set in an isolated, utopian community in the 1950s California desert” and telling the story of “a housewife living with her husband in a utopian experimental community who begins to worry that his glamorous company may be hiding disturbing secrets.”
Well, to help stoke your excitement even more, Wilde recently dropped Don’t Worry Darling‘s first teaser, and it’s definitely got us enthused. Despite being short, the teaser gives us glimpses of Pugh and Styles kissing as well as Pugh singing, things that social media is definitely in a tizzy about.

Lil Nas X. ft Jack Harlow — Industry Baby and Montero
Lil Nas X and collaborator Jack Harlow took the stage to perform two of Lil Nas X’s new songs, “Industry Baby” and “Montero,” going along with the prison theme of the “Industry Baby” music video. Among other things, viewers loved seeing Lil Nas X unapologetically embracing his LGBT community, such as when he paid tribute to people living with HIV.
Normani — Wild Side
Another performance that was talked about quite a bit was Normani’s “Wild Side” performance which came a full two years after her 2019 VMAs performance of her previous single, “Motivation.” While some people complained about what appeared to be lip-syncing, most complimented Normani’s dancing and performance.
Olivia Rodrigo — good 4 u
Olivia Rodrigo, who got the VMA’s award for Song of the Year, also took to the stage to perform her single “good 4 u.” People praised the performance’s aesthetic and energy, although some noted that Rodrigo seemed to falter toward the end of the song.

Well, yes, jump rope is a classic kid’s playground game, as well as a favorite workout of athletes like boxers, but it’s only been recently embraced by the larger fitness community as a whole as an exercise well worth incorporating into your weekly workouts.
Why? Well, there are several reasons.
First, jumping rope is good for your bone health, as it is a load-bearing exercise that puts weight on your skeleton. This is especially important for women, who tend to suffer from osteoporosis in adulthood.
Jump rope is also great cardio. After all, it’s basically just jumping over and over again. The faster you go, the higher the intensity and the higher your heart rate will go, which is a great way to maintain your cardiovascular endurance and health.

Part of this might be related to Drew Barrymore’s sage green kitchen appliances and Kendall Jenner’s green kitchen cabinetry, which left many people green with envy when they revealed them this year.

]]>If you’re a fan of Kanye West, rap music, or music in general, you’ve probably been waiting around for a while wondering when West would release his new album “Donda.” Teased for five weeks now with four official public listening sessions and promised release date after promised release date, “Donda” changed dramatically over the course of its various listening events, such that nobody knew exactly what to expect from the album and much speculation and controversy was stirred.
Well, the album is finally out, having been released to streaming services on Sunday morning, along with a press release from West’s label, Def Jam. The album is nearly two hours long and includes 26 tracks with features from a menagerie of artists including The Weekend, Lil Baby, Pusha T, Kid Cudi, Travis Scott, Lil Yachty, Jay Electronica, Playboi Carti, Baby Keem, Young Thug, Lil Durk, Pop Smoke, Jadakiss, and Jay-Z.
While it may have been preceded by what has been called by music fan /u/thenightmonster86 on Reddit “one of the most bizarre album rollouts I’ve ever witness[ed],” Donda is receiving a generally positive response from fans, with another fan, /u/seriouslyokay writing “quite a lot of tracks in this album are fantastic” and /u/burnthebankers writing “Ok, it is ****ing great. Didn’t expect that but **** am I happy.”
