It’s no secret that TikTok, one of the biggest apps in the world right now, is largely seen as a Gen Z app, with nearly all of its most famous influencers like Charli D’Amelio and Addison Ray falling squarely into the Gen Z category. However, just because the app’s most visible users are all Zoomers doesn’t mean that the app has no room for people who are a little older.
In fact, there are plenty of people who fit into the Millennial, Gen X, and even Boomer categories who are having a great time on TikTok. So if you’re thinking of joining the app but worried you’ll feel out of place because you’re too old, you might like to hear about just some of the adult celebrities who are thriving on TikTok right now.
For example, Alicia Silverstone, famous for playing Cher in the classic 1995 teen film Clueless, just joined TikTok a few days ago, recreating a favorite scene from her star-making hit. And she’s not the only one.
