Moringa is the New Healthy Food You’ll Go Crazy About

In 2018, moringa is what turmeric was in 2017 – the superfood responsible for fighting inflammation. It’s supposed to have even better anti-inflammatory powers than the ex-leader in this area, turmeric, and the scientists call it the “world’s most useful tree”.

Moringa contains twice the protein and three times iron found in spinach, according to nutritionist Kimberly Snyder. It also has great amounts of vitamin A, calcium, and potassium.

What’s even better, this newly popular vegetable actually tastes pleasant. Its seeds are sweet and the leaves resemble tea. Naturally, food companies didn’t hesitate to start putting moringa in pretty much everything, from juices to kombucha.
