So far we’ve seen the original coffee version, a strawberry version, and a chocolate version, but the latest version is perfect for fall—pumpkin spice whipped coffee. Believe it or not, this drink works perfectly to create a pumpkin spice drink of our wildest dreams, and to be honest, it may even be better than a pumpkin spice latte.
If you haven’t tried out whipped coffee, all you need to do is whip together equal parts instant coffee or espresso, water, and sugar. This drink is a great way to feel like you’re getting barista treatment, without having to actually leave your home. Plus, it only takes five minutes to make!
To make the pumpkin spice version, all you need to do is follow the same instructions as the whipped coffee by adding equal parts coffee, water, and sugar and then adding pumpkin pie spice. For one serving, add 2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso, 2 tablespoons hot water, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice to a bowl. Then whip up the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes until it gets the desired fluffy texture.
If you want more pumpkin flavor and color, you can blend in 1 tablespoon of canned pumpkin after you’ve blended the rest of the ingredients. When you’re done, fill a glass with ice and milk, and scoop the whipped mixture on top. Make sure you get tons of Instagram photos as this drink is literally fall in a glass.
