Chances are you’ve seen the #75Hard on social media. 75Hard is as much about physical health as it is about mental health and it’s all about getting your life back on track in 75 days. So what is it exactly and should you try it? Here’s what you need to know about the latest fitness trend.

Designed by Andy Frisella from the Real AF podcast, 75Hard is designed to help you “take complete control of your life”. Instead of just focusing on fitness, it incorporates elements of a healthy lifestyle. It’s not easy and there are many rules that include following a diet, two 45-minute workouts with one outside, no alcohol or cheat meals, taking a progress picture every day, and reading 10 pages of a book.

You only have until you go to sleep to complete the list and there are no compromises. If you don’t complete any of the things, you have to start over on Day 1. The goal of the challenge is to help you get more confident and resilient by staying committed to your goals even when it’s challenging or uncomfortable. As you’d expect, it’s intense and at its core, it’s about staying active and sticking to something long-term.
