Instead of being outside and enjoying coffee in our favorite cafes, we’re all forced to stay at home and try to make a beverage that’s not disappointing. Luckily, one of the latest food trends is actually the most popular way to make coffee in quarantine, so we decided to give it a shot and we loved it!
Dalgona coffee was named after the popular South Korean dalgona candy. It’s pretty easy to make and you’re going to love the taste.
You’ll Need
- instant coffee
- granulated sugar
- hot or cold milk
- ice if you want an iced coffee
How to Make
- Mix equal parts of instant coffee, sugar, and water in a bowl. Use a mixer to turn it into a whipped coffee mixture. It may take a few minutes to achieve this.
- Take a tall glass or a mug, add ice if you want, then pour milk. There’s no need for ice if you’re making it with hot milk.
- Transfer the coffee mixture on top of the milk with a spoon and enjoy your trendy and delicious coffee.

Ingredients
The recipe is so simple, that it’s made of only 4 ingredients. Some of these you might even find at home. To prepare the espresso martini you should get:
1 oz freshly brewed espresso
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
1/2 oz simple syrup
Use any type of vodka that you like or have at home. Also, get some coffee beans for decoration.
Instructions
Prepare a cocktail shaker before you start making the espresso martini. Add ice to the shaker, and pour all the ingredients. Start shaking.
When you’re done, get a martini glass. Pour the cocktail into the glass. Top it off with some coffee beans.

To make your on frosé, you’ll gonna need a bottle of dry rosé, around 2 cups of sliced strawberries, 1 tbsp of granulated sugar, half a cup of water and half a lemon.
Freeze the rosé in the ice cube trays, overnight or for at least six hours. Heat the water, add sugar and strawberries, and blend all together. Add rosé cubes to the blender and blend all together. Pour into glasses, garnish with some more strawberries.
