]]>When it comes to feeling good, it’s often all about the little things we do every day. Small habits can be much more important for your wellbeing than big things you do sporadically, and these trending self-care challenges will prove it if you give them a chance.
While walking and listening to some music or a podcast can be great, taking walks without your phone can be even better for your mental health. It’s important to snap out of the virtual world and notice all the things around you that you’d miss otherwise.

]]>Our culture has always been into health and beauty trends. This year, we’re going to focus on self-care as a preventive to various health problems, instead of letting them happen and solving them later.
This has been announced by a global research company Mintel. They said that, in 2018, consumers will be “attuned to consumer trends across transparency, value, self-care, and automation.”
According to Mintel’s Consumer Trends Consultant, Stacy Bingle, “interest in self-care and preventative health has been building for decades…a combination of strong forces is bringing these topics into the spotlight in 2018.”
Bingle believes that this means plenty of opportunity for businesses in the support and self-care fields, such as psychologists, life coaches, etc.
