It’s the best holiday season meme we could’ve possibly asked for since we all lived through that awkward moment of having our fashion choices questioned in front of our entire family.
The original meme featured a photo of a random family staring at a person with an unusual appearance. After having their fashion choices ridiculed, the person in the second photo is shown lacking awareness that there’s something peculiar about the way they’re dressed.
The meme now differs from its original format, and it’s usually pop-culture-themed, paying homage to such movies as The Devil Wears Prada, Mean Girls, and American Psycho. In addition to making us laugh, this meme is here to encourage us to rock our wildest fashion combinations without a care in the world, and that’s the kind of energy we need in 2021.
