]]>Another Halloween is behind us, and Hollywood superstars celebrate it in style – by dressing up as their favorite movie characters. Costumes inspired by beloved films and TV shows we all know and love were all the rage this spooky season, and everyone from Heidi Klum to Bella Hadid embraced this trend.
Costumes inspired by superheroes aren’t going out of style just yet, and we’ve seen several stars embrace this trend. Lupita Nyong’o and Victoria Monét both dressed up as Storm from the X-Men movies, while Bella Hadid decided to channel her inner Poison Ivy this time around.
Heidi Klum went all in with her Halloween costume this year and attended her annual party in an elaborate E.T. costume alongside her husband Tom Kaulitz. Several more couples delivered amazing matching costumes this year, including Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker as Morticia and Gomez Addams, plus Hailey and Justin Bieber as Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable.
Chloe and Halle Bailey also decided to match, dressing up as Velma and Daphne from Scooby-Doo, in addition to delivering some epic individual costumes. Beyoncé paid homage to Prince’s film Purple Rain by dressing up as his character, while Lori Harvey delivered one of the best Kill Bill costumes in recent memory.

Several stars added a touch of yellow to their MTV VMAs looks. That was the case with Taylor Swift and Danna, while Tyla looked like a ray of sunshine in her neon yellow Area dress.

“My Universe” ft. BTS
Coldplay’s most talked-about performance at Global Citizen Live saw them joining forces with K-pop band BTS. Unlike most other songs that Coldplay performed at this live show, “My Universe” is a brand-new single, set to be featured on their upcoming album Music of the Spheres.
“Yellow” ft. Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes
Cabello and Mendes both hit the stage at Global Citizen Live on their own, but they didn’t end things there. They also joined Coldplay halfway through the performance of their smash hit “Yellow” and somehow managed to make this song even better.
“Fix You” ft. Billie Eilish and Finneas
Billie Eilish was one of the stars taking part in this 24-hour live musical event, but performing on her own just wasn’t enough for her. She joined forces with Coldplay for a special performance of their hit song “Fix You”, and her brother Finneas was right there by her side.

LA Premiere
Cinderella had its world premiere in Los Angeles, and Cabello rose to the occasion in a black Oscar de la Renta gown with dazzling top, dramatic train, and over-the-knee Casadei boots.
Miami Premiere
Cabello took things up a notch in Miami, where she looked straight out of a Disney movie. She paired off a simple white crop top with an extravagant Christian Siriano ball skirt and finished the look with the crystal ball bag by Judith Leiber.
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Cabello once again rocked our world during her interview with Jimmy Fallon, where she appeared in an all-black ensemble by Azzi & Osta that gave us a fresh take on a tuxedo suit.

]]>It seems like not since flash mobs were invented in 2003 and began to pick up on popularity in the decade following has a flash mob caused so much discussion and conversation than the one recently executed by James Corden, Camila Cabello, Billy Porter, and Idina Menzel to promote their new adaptation of Cinderella did.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen what appears to be the Crosswalk the Musical segment on The Late Late Show with James Corden. This time, a video has been around showing the behind-the-scenes of the segment, pissing people on the road off. The video really rubbed people the wrong way.
The idea behind the segment is more or less straightforward—the group donned cheap costumes and sang and danced in Los Angeles traffic to Jennifer Lopez’s “Let’s Get Loud”—but the internet’s reaction to the shenanigans would suggest that something much more nefarious had gone down.
As you can see, the response was generally quite negative, to say the least. Corden and Cabello’s Cinderella will be released on September 3rd and we’re not sure when and if the segment will see light of day.

Thankfully, celebrities have been speaking up about how inappropriate and damaging these comments can be. That’s what Camila Cabello did on her TikTok recently, sharing a helpful, body-positive message.
The 24-year old singer, who has recently announced that she is going to release a new single on July 23rd, took to TikTok to share her experience, saying, “I was just running in the park minding my own business trying to be fit, trying to keep it healthy. And I am wearing a top that shows my belly.”

“And I wasn’t tucking it in, because I was running and existing like a normal person that doesn’t tuck it in all the time. And I was like, ‘Damn.”
She finished on an inspiring, uplifting note, saying, “but then I reminded myself being at war with your body is so last season. I am grateful for this body that lets me do what I need to do. We are real women with curves and cellulite and stretch marks and fat. And we gotta own that, baby.”
Despite her light tone throughout the video, Cabello’s comments point to a serious, very current issue and align with the views of the body positivity movement, which is growing stronger than it ever has before. We hope her TikTok can help other women feel just as grateful for their own bodies!
