2019 is going to be another amazing year for Marvel, and Avengers: Endgame isn’t their only project we’re dying to see. First trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home is here, and it provided us with several clues about Peter Parker’s future in the MCU.
Before the Snap
Peter Parker was one of the characters who turned into ashes when Thanos snapped his fingers in Infinity War. All signs suggest Far From Home is taking place before this tragedy, so it probably won’t provide us with all the answers we were looking for.
Mysterio is… Good?
We already knew Jake Gyllenhaal will take on the role of the classic comic book villain Mysterio in this superhero flick, but the trailer suggests he’s actually a good guy. It’s possible he’s going to switch sides somewhere in the middle, and we’re looking forward to this epic twist.
Aunt May, Spidey Supporter
Aunt May was totally clueless about Peter’s double life in all the previous installments of Spider-Man, but not this one. She knows and fully supports Peter’s mission, which is another clue this film actually takes place long before Infinity War.
