HBO gave us one of the most addictive comedies of the summer with The White Lotus. If you already went through all the episodes of this series about a group of wealthy guests staying at a tropical resort in Hawaii, here are three similar shows you should watch while waiting for Season 2.

Succession

At its core, The White Lotus is a series about wealth, privilege, and greed, and that’s what makes it pretty similar to Succession. One of HBO’s best shows in recent memory, this social satire centers on the members of a wealthy Roy family as they try to take control of their multibillion-dollar media corporation.

Enlightened

Just like The White Lotus, Enlightened was created by Mike White and it has a similar satirical tone. Laura Dern, who co-created the series with White, takes on the role of a 40-year-old career-orientated woman who has a spiritual awakening after spending some time at a holistic rehabilitation center following her mental breakdown.

Dead to Me

Dead to Me is a dark comedy that kicks off in a similar way as The White Lotus. A seemingly perfect tropical resort is nowhere to be found, but the mystery revolves around a dead body that links two main characters, played by Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini, together.
