Over the past few months, we’ve seen celebrities rocking new tattoos. While flower designs and lightning bolts have been super trendy, it’s snakes that have been popping up, or shall we say slithering, everywhere. While we are petrified of snakes, we must admit they’re beautiful to look at, and they make for great body art. Here are five celebrities who have cool snake tattoos.
Dove Cameron
The Descendants star has not one, but two snake tattoos—a small one on her finger and a much bigger one on her foot. She told Refinery29, she was inspired to get the finger tattoo because feminity is often connected with snake-like behavior and she wanted to “take back the snake”.
Cara Delevingne
Model Cara Delevigne’s snake tattoo is really intricate, starting from her palm and extending to her middle finger. The world “feral” appears at the end of the body art. She told The Sun, “It’s about re-invention, shedding of old skin, new beginnings, new life.”
Zoë Kravitz
Zoë Kravitz has quite the tattoo collection and this snake wrapped around a heart, which is on her arm, is her 56th tattoo.
Vanessa Hudgens
The actress got her 10th tattoo a few weeks ago, which features a boa constrictor on the inside of her left ankle. Hudgens showed off the new ink on Instagram captioning the photo, “ANOTHER ONE! Lol lucky #10”.
Elle King
The “X’s and O’s” singer has tons of tattoos, but this snake one on her neck really stands out amongst the rest of her body art.
