It’s been over a year since Dua Lipa shared Future Nostalgia with the world, and it still feels like it was yesterday when this record came out. After all that time, this album is still making waves by ruling the charts, winning awards, and producing one amazing performance after another.

“Levitating” Climbing the Charts

Lipa previously scored her highest-charting single in the U.S. with “Don’t Start Now”, but this is not the only Future Nostalgia song to dominate the Billboard Hot 100. Aided by its TikTok fame, “Levitating” remix featuring DaBaby hit the new high at no. 4 this week. It was one of the new songs included on Future Nostalgia: The Moonlight Edition back in February.

Award Wins

Future Nostalgia is also back in the spotlight thanks to the series of award nominations it received. It recently won best pop vocal albums at the Grammys, British album of the year at the Brit Awards, and Lipa is currently in the running for several Billboard Music Awards.

Live Performances

Dua Lipa’s award show appearances are usually followed by an epic performance, which made people fall in love with Future Nostalgia‘s songs all over again. In addition to singing at award shows, she recently performed at Elton John’s Academy Award Party.
