We watched our favorite celebrities launch home collections with several retail giants, ranging from Walmart to H&M. Some of them are taking a different approach and supporting small businesses instead, by collaborating with handmade-focused e-commerce site Etsy.
Former Disney star Tia Mowry is the latest celebrity to recognize Etsy’s potential and launch her own home décor line on this website. Her main goal was to create a line of products that will let buyers unwind and make incredible memories in the comfort of their home, and she joined forces with nine Etsy artists to make it happen.
Mowry is the latest celebrity to partner up with Etsy, but she’s not the first. Earlier this year, famous fashion designer Joseph Altuzarra teamed up with several sellers from this e-commerce site and launched his own sustainable home décor line.
The Bachelorette star Jillian Harris and social media influencer Zoe Sugg are also a part of the growing list of celebrities with their Etsy collections. Drew Barrymore spoke highly of Etsy creators and even agreed to judge the Etsy Design Awards, so we’re hoping she’ll surprise us with her own home collection in the future.
