Everybody’s favorite comedian/musician/actor/filmmaker/poet Bo Burnham’s stand-up comedy specials are some of the most beloved ones out there, with his two most recent ones, Bo Burnham: what. and Bo Burnham: Make Happy receiving accolades for experimenting with the stand-up comedy special format. With his signature musical comedy stylings, both specials are cult favorites and Burnham’s fans are always hungry for more, especially because the last time he released one was in 2016.
Well, Burnham fans can rejoice now as it has been announced that he has a new comedy special being released soon called Bo Burnham: Inside. Just like his last couple, this special will be released on Netflix, this time on Sunday, May 30th over Memorial Day Weekend.
Like many creative projects made during the time of the Coronavirus pandemic, it appears that this special was a true one-man show with Burnham describing it as “filmed by me, alone, without a crew or an audience, over the course of the past year.”
