If we had to pick a single trend that ruled the virtual red carpet at this year’s Emmy Awards, it would be celebrities pulling double duty. Many of our favorite stars delivered not one, but two epic looks during the evening, and here are some of the very best.
Zendaya
Zendaya kicked off her Emmy adventure in a geometric Christopher John Rogers gown, but that was just her first look of the night. She accepted her best actress award for Euphoria in ש sparkly Armani Prive with a polka-dotted train and dazzling bandeau top.
Laverne Cox
Laverne Cox also didn’t disappoint us with her fashion choices, and her magenta one-shoulder gown by Azzi & Osta was truly terrific. She delivered another amazing look in the jaw-dropping sheer jumpsuit with hieroglyphic details by Kim Kassas.
Kerry Washington
Washington also decided to make the best of her time at the Emmys by wearing two different gowns. She kicked things off with a floral Oscar de la Renta number before switching to Dolce & Gabbana’s sequined leopard print dress.
