A Quiet Place: Part II was one of the most anticipated movies of 2021, and it reminded us that sequels can sometimes be truly amazing. After the end credits rolled, many viewers were left wondering if this story is going to get another chapter and what its potential follow-up has in store.

Spin-Off Movie

If you’re an avid A Quiet Place fan, you probably recently encountered the news that a new movie in this series is hitting the theaters on March 31st, 2023. The only catch? This project isn’t actually a sequel to A Quiet Place: Part II.

The film in question is actually a spin-off set in the same universe, to be directed and written by Jeff Nichols. Not much is known about it, apart from the fact it’s based on an idea from John Krasinski, who directed the first two A Quiet Place movies.

A Quiet Place: Part III

A Quiet Place: Part III is yet to be confirmed, but it’s safe to assume it’s coming our way given the box office success of the first two movies. Krasinski and Blunt both discussed ש potential third movie, and suggested it’s on the horizon.

“He has a whole arc of ideas that could work. I think he just wanted to see how people responded to this one before he fully engaged his brain on the third one. But he has a couple of great ideas,” Blunt told Collider.
