Many of the leading singing competition shows in the U.S. aired their season finale in the last few days and crowned their winners after months of anticipation. Here’s who managed to beat tough competition and came out victorious at the end of your favorite singing shows.

American Idol

Grace Kinstler, Willie Spence, and Chayce Beckham were in the running for the top award on the season finale of American Idol. Beckham eventually managed to come out victorious, shortly after his single “23” about his road to sobriety topped Apple Music’s country chart.

The Voice

Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Nick Jonas returned for this season of The Voice, and Shelton managed to coach his contestant to victory. Cam Anthony, who got his start as a tween YouTube sensation, was crowned as the winner thanks to a powerful rendition of Cynthia Erivo’s “Stand Up”.

The Masked Singer
