James Gunn is getting ready to revive the DC Universe with Superman: Legacy and he won’t have to do it all alone. The cast of this superhero flick is expanding as we speak, and we’re here to introduce you to all the main players.
David Corenswet as Superman
Corenswet will take over from Henry Cavil as Superman/Clark Kent, and he’s a worthy replacement. The Juilliard graduate is best known for starring in Ryan Murphy’s The Politician and Hollywood, but his filmography also includes Look Both Ways and Pearl.
Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane
Brosnahan became a household name thanks to her Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning role in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. She also appeared in films Beautiful Creatures, Louder Than Bombs, The Finest Hours, and I’m Your Woman.
Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor
After getting his big break with the cult British series Skins, Hoult broke into Hollywood with the role of Hank McCoy/The Beast in the X-Man films. He starred in Mad Max: Fury Road led such movies as Warm Bodies, Tolkien, and The Menu, and won an Emmy for his role in the historical satire The Great.
