October Will See the Release of Many Anticipated Horror Films

Every October we look forward to all things spooky as it’s when Halloween is, and this year, we’ve got something extra special to look forward to this month—tons of horror movies are being released this month! From slashers and dark comedies to psychological thrillers and zombies, October 2021 has tons of anticipated horror films being released. Here are the ones we’re most excited about.

There’s Someone Inside Your House (October 6)

Netflix’s original horror film, directed by Creep‘s Patrick Brice, tells the story of a Hawaii to Nebraska transfer student who ends up in danger after a serial killer begins hunting down people in her new town.

Halloween Kills (October 15)

One of the most awaited films is Halloween Kills, the latest film in the Halloween franchise. This one picks up where Haloween 2018 left off with Michael Myers escaping Laurie’s burning house and slaughtering a bunch of firefighters and going back to hunt her and her offspring down.

Night Teeth (October 20)

Another original horror from Netflix, Night Teeth centers around a college student who’s working as a driver to make money and picks up two young women. The two women end up being vampires who are fighting rival tribes.

Last Night in Soho (October 29)

The psychological thriller directed by Edgar Wright has a woman transported back to the ’60s and in the body of her favorite singer. But things aren’t as glamorous as they appear to be and reality is much darker.

Army of Thieves (October 29)

The prequel to Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead is set near the beginning of the outbreak and it’s a heist and zombie film.
