Rihanna is finally giving her fans something they’ve been craving for years—and we’re not talking about her new album. She’s expanding her flagship Fenty Beauty brand by getting into the hair business, with her long-awaited Fenty Hair line.
Fenty Hair has been in the making for years, and Rihanna’s fans became aware of it when she filed a trademark for the line in 2021. She announced its launch with a short promo clip that sees her rocking a blond pixie cut, revealing that the first drop will be available on June 13.
We’ve watched Rihanna experiment with many different hairstyles over the years, and she now wants to help other people do the same.
“You know how much switching my hair up matters to me… I am launching a flexible line of products for not only every hair want, but every single product is designed to strengthen and repair all types of hair, which is what we truly need! It’s time to play and get stronger by the style,” she wrote in an official announcement.
Fenty Hair will launch under the Fenty Beauty umbrella, Rihanna’s cosmetic brand that was launched in 2017. It became a huge hit due to its devotion to diversity, and its offer includes a wide range of shades in different skin tones. Fenty Skin and Fenty Fragrance were also launched as part of this brand before Fenty Hair was announced.
