Plot Details
The plot of Cruella 2 is being kept under wraps, but there are some hints about the direction this film could take in the post-credit scene. Cruella was seen giving Dalmatians named Pongo and Perdita away to her acquaintances Roger and Anita, so it’s safe to assume this decision will come back to haunt her in the sequel since she famously went on to steal their puppies in 101 Dalmatians.
Cast
Cruella 2 couldn’t happen without Emma Stone, and she recently confirmed her return. The post-credit scene also hinted at the potential involvement of Kirby Howell-Baptiste and Kayvan Novak as Anita and Roger. Paul Walter Houser and Joel Fry are also likely to return as Cruella’s trusty sidekicks Horace and Jasper. Emma Thompson and Mark Strong are long shots, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see them return in some capacity.
Release Date
The release date of Cruella 2 remains a mystery since the project is still in the early stages of development, so it’s highly unlikely we’ll get to see it before 2023.

]]>Hollywood premieres are finally coming back and Disney is leading the pack! Disney staged the world premiere of Cruella at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles. This premiere marks the company’s first major red carpet premiere since Mulan‘s in March 2020. Before the Emma Stone live-action film gets its Memorial Day weekend premiere on May 28, 2021, Disney+ and in theaters, the stars came to slay at the premiere.
The film is set in 1970s London and it’s the origin story of the Disney villain who was previously played by Glenn Close in the ’90s 101 Dalmatians films. Cruella follows the aspiring fashion designer who has a punk-rock vibe and her evil ways which seem to start with thieves Jasper and Horace (Joel Fry and Paul Walter Hauser) that she hires to help her face-off against Baroness von Hellman (Emma Thompson).
Premiers have always been a huge part of opening films and during the pandemic, companies had to find new ways to promote films. A Quiet Place Part II is premiering opposite Cruella and it will be the first time since the pandemic that two studio event pics graced the big screen.
Gracing the red carpet at the premiere were Stone, co-star Kirby Howell-Baptiste, and director Craig Gillespie. But all eyes were on the actress who wore a classy pants suits that honored Cruella’s signature red, black, and white wardrobe with a classy pants suit.

]]>Disney’s newest film Cruella, based on the character Cruella de Vil from Disney’s 1961 animated film One Hundred and One Dalmatians, is set to be released at the end of the month and the hype for it is high, especially as the title character will be played by Hollywood starlet, Oscar winner, and American sweetheart, Emma Stone.
As part of the promotional campaign for the film, Disney is collaborating with American fashion label Rag & Bone to release a collection inspired by the movie and the villain. The line includes both footwear and apparel, including things like trucker jackets, tweed skirts, and bomber jackets.
The collection features lots of red and black, ripped denim, sexy silhouettes, and a villainous attitude. So whether you’ve always had a soft spot for the misunderstood Disney villainness, are super excited about the movie, or just really like a punk-inspired outfit, the collection is well worth checking out.

Marvel’s first movie to hit the theaters since the pandemic hit, the stand-alone Black Widow is one of the most anticipated superhero movies in years and you shouldn’t miss it for the world.
