Temporary Eyebrow Tattoos are TikTok’s Latest Obsession

TikTok has become our beauty guru over the past few months and when we’re looking for new trends, it’s the place to turn. The latest trend on our radar is temporary eyebrow tattoos. With salon visits becoming a thing of the past, there are products that mimic real eyebrow hair just like microblading, and they cost a fraction of what you’d pay at the salon.

These products are made with standard colorants and adhesives, which are safe to use. They work just like the temporary tattoos you used as a kid—you lie them down on a clean and flat surface and press down for a minute using a damp cloth, then you peel the backing off to reveal them. The eyebrow transfers are meant to last for five days.

On TikTok we’ve seen videos featuring the Godefroy MyBrows Long Lasting Eyebrow Tranfers and we’ve even seen people fully commit to the eyebrow tattoos by shaving their own eyebrows! One user @sailorlinzor showed her video of the eyebrow transfers saying, “You really can’t put them on if you have eyebrow hairs; you need to have a blank space,” she says in her TikTok. “And f*** eyebrows, anyway.”

Another user @lovingthisbrunette, has alopecia and she recommends the product for anyone else with the condition or hair loss. To make them more realistic, she tops them with a little bit of brow powder and she draws on a few extra hairs with a brow pen.
