It’s been two years since Lizzo dropped her album “Cuz I Love You” which spawned huge hits like “Juice,” “Tempo,” and “Truth Hurts,” and we’ve been missing her ever since. Well, the good news is that Lizzo is back with a brand new single and a brand new music video, and it’s well worth a listen and a watch.

The song is called “Rumors” and shows Lizzo directly addressing all of the haters, singing, “They say I should watch the s**t I post, oh, g**damn/ Say I’m turnin’ big girls into h**s, oh, g**damn/ They say I get groupies at my shows, oh, g**damn.”

The track also features Cardi B, with a rap verse many are calling one of her best, including instantly iconic lines like “All the rumors are true, yeah/ Fake a*s, fake boobs, yeah” and referencing her previous controversies: “Last time I got freaky, the FCC sued me.”

The video appears to be inspired by Disney’s Hercules with Lizzo and Cardi B channeling the muses, twerking in a gold-tinged, heavenly Greek landscape. So if you’re looking for something to dance to or to give you confidence before your next big event or meeting, check out the video for “Rumors” below.
