Cardi B made her acting debut in Hustlers alongside Jennifer Lopez, but she’s currently getting ready for her first lead role. She’s set to star in a “raucous comedy” Assisted Living, about a small-time crook hiding from the police at her grandma’s nursing home.
Pop Smoke
The late rapper Pop Smoke will make his posthumous acting debut in the upcoming movie Boogie, directed by Eddie Huang, whose life story served as the inspiration for ABC sitcom Fresh Off the Boat.
Joe Jonas
Joe Jonas is no stranger to acting since he starred in the Disney movie Camp Rock and TV series Jonas, but he’s ready to tackle his very first serious role in the upcoming war drama Devotion.
Maluma
After collaborating on the hit song “Pa’ Ti + Lonely” with Jennifer Lopez, Maluma will also make his acting debut by her side. Their upcoming movie Marry Me centers on a pop star who decides to marry a random stranger after learning her partner has been having an affair.
