After a lot of anticipation, Beyoncé’s Renaissance concert film is finally hitting the theatres this week, and its world premiere was one star-studded affair. This event brought many amazing moments our way, and here are three red carpet trends that stole the show.

Silver Vibes

Silver was the defining color of the Renaissance World Tour, and many stars attending the film’s premiere decided to stick to this theme. Beyoncé kicked things off with a dramatic Versace gown and a platinum blonde wig, and Lupita Nyong’o, Laverne Cox, and Kelly Rowland were right behind.

Paint it Black

In addition to silver, black was one of the most popular colors with the stars attending this film premiere. Beyoncé’s former Destiny’s Child bandmate Michelle Williams stole the show in a structural bodysuit with a tulle train by Bishme Cromartie, and several more stars followed, including Lori Harvey, Marsai Martin, Winnie Harlow, and Gabrielle Union, among others.

Opera Gloves

Beyoncé paired her Versace dress with dramatic silver gloves, and she wasn’t the only one. Several stars in attendance embraced this stylish accessory and used it to take their outfits to the next level, including Victoria Monét, Normani, and Andra Day. Janelle Monáe also couldn’t resist this fashion detail and knocked us off our feet with her polka dot Annakiki gown.
