Gyms are Finally Starting to Pay Attention to Interior Design

The days of dark, basement gyms with exercise machines set in a row looking at the empty wall are long behind us. It’s finally time to welcome new gyms, designed in a way that makes you want to spend more time there, which will make you healthier and better-looking long term. Many people are even inspired to create a personal workout space at home decorated similarly to some of the most beautiful gyms, and if you have the space for it, we think you should absolutely go for it.

Some gyms today look more attractive than restaurants and cafes, and many of them are just a part of a bigger concept that includes a place where healthy food is served, a place to relax, and various wellness services. One of the most exclusive gyms in the world today is Blanche in Paris, located in a beautiful historical building. It spreads over six floors and offers the latest workout equipment, a granite pool, a restaurant run by Jean Imbert, and a 30-seat movie theater.
