Keep Your Mental Health in Check

With months of lockdown behind us, social distancing, and quarantine, 2020 has hit us hard. Understandably, isolation and remote working can take a huge toll on people’s mental health, so it’s important to check in on your loved ones—and more importantly, on yourself—from time to time.

Here to help us out is illustrator and mentor, Stacie Swift. Author of “You Are Positively Awesome”, Swift promotes good vibes and self-care for all of life’s ups and downs. Whether you need an affirmation to make you smile, practical tips on upping your self-care, or space to create your own pie chart of “Things That Help on Tough Days”, Swift is here to lend a hand.

With a focus on positivity, self-care, and mental wellbeing, Swift’s illustrations (a colorful combination of hand-drawn images and type) are just the kind of content we look for these days. “You are not broken”, reads one post, while another invites you to take a “smallish nap or two”. Her illustrations also serve as good reminders that it’s okay not to be okay.

Take a look at some of her chosen words of wisdom, and show her support by purchasing her new book.
